Last month, my little brother closed on a house. He’s 23 and he’s a homeowner. I’m 25 and am aiming to own something (anything) by 30. But I digress.
It’s a 3-family home and he’s well on his way to fulfilling everyone’s childhood dream and becoming a slumlord. Just kidding. He and my dad spent quite a bit of time and effort fixing it up to turn it into a pretty nice place.
